The Lobo Link

After the death of his wife at the hands of a Mexican drug cartel, ex-cop Matt Hawke starts dealing a world of hurt on the drug dealers that own San Diego. In retaliation, and to flush him out into the open, the cartel kidnaps a woman close to him - and the Lobo Cartel finds out just how much damage a one-man army can inflict.
