"What do you mean, we're under attack?!"

"Exactly that female. Get to your lifeboat station now." Not exactly thrilled he'd had to come down here because she wasn't answering the evac message. Her biosignature showed her still in her cabin. He'd thought she'd been ill or injured but no, just belligerent.

Not moving she still hovered in the doorway. Her scent told him she was confused. Likely the alcohol oozing from her pores. "What lifeboat station? This is a god damn pleasure cruise. I'm on Christmas vacay. You know..... what happens on vacay, stays on vacay. I badly need some vacay!" She shouted back. "No one mentioned pirates or lifeboats or having to leave the damn ship!"

"Did you not read the instructions when you boarded. You are required to read the instructions!" The female was testing his abilities to remain calm.

"No. The bar was open!"

He stared at the diminutive female who had a lot of anger issues. Listening to her, he knew the feeling. He clenched his jaw needing her compliant and now. He didn't have time for this.

"Are you being deliberately difficult or are you damaged, female? This is no pleasure cruise, the 'bar' is the refreshment area. This is a warehousing transport that happens to have accommodation to move humans from world to world. which we protect. Now get to your evac area and lockdown in a lifeboat. NOW!" He roared unable to hold it back. He had bigger issues than one stupid female.

"What?" She blurted, her concern finally registering all over her face. But he didn't have time for games. Grabbing her wrist he marched her towards the closest evac area. Updates were coming thick and fast on his optic over his neuro net telling him their uninvited guests were inbound and coming fast. He sent orders to protect and prepare for battle. "I don't understand this. Is this a joke? Did I get on the wrong ship?" The female asked.

"Your ID matches. It's the right ship." He told her almost running her along. If she dragged her feet any slower he'd have to run with her.

"Can't be. I was told this was a cruise, some R & R. What the hell is this? I came for some Christmas fun. Big and beefy was promised!" She went to stamp her foot but missed it as he yanked her on. Her anxiety and disappointment almost palatable. He saw her look him up and down and smirked.

He could do that. "You were told wrong. There is little fun on this ship. Only survival and at this rate female, it is unlikely you will make it." He bit out. Unable to deal with the delay she was creating any longer, he picked her up to her squeal & started running. "Quiet. You make too much noise. I have taken pity on you, you will survive after all. My gift to you."

She snorted. "No offense, but that wasn't the present I was looking for."

Scenting arousal, he grinned & kept going. He'd be rid of her soon. "None taken. When this has been dealt with, we will be...... discussing..... exactly what kind of 'present' you are looking for."
