Hungry, exhausted and bloody, the U.S. Marines on Guadalcanal can’t rest for long… because the Empire of the Rising Sun is massing to roll over them like a bloody tsunami. And all that separates the marines from destruction is a single little river… and 500 miles of tropical islands.
