Summer has arrived in the quaint Texas Hill Country town of Walnut Creek, and for locals and tourists alike, that means one thing: heading out to the Frisch River for tubing, fishing, and boating.
For Fern Fischer, summertime means busy days in her family’s bakery and starry, romantic nights with her new love, Edmund.
When Fern and Elliot find out that Edmund has never been tubing before, they resolve to get him out on the water to shoot the rapids.
