The Deadly Streak

When Walter Holbrooke was fired from his executive job he embarked on a new career - crime. At first it was just robbery by the suavely-dressed unknown the newspapers labelled the Bowler-Hatted Bandit. Murder came when he went to another plush home and the housewife recognised him - she paid with her life. An army of police detectives looked in vain for clues...until the redoubtable Sam Bawtry came up with an inspired deduction.
