Oscar Gamboa, a lieutenant in the Colombian Los Cambios drug cartel, has been tasked by drug lord Esteben Garcia to get his money back, and kill whoever has it. Oscar decides to take Rosibel Cabelleros with him against her will. Parish & Richards finally get the chance to visit the Excess Bagage depot in Wembley and find out what is in the briefcase.
