Peter Barrows lures young women to his Soho loft by promising them a modeling career. Instead, Barrows rapes and murders the women and then shoots "artistically" posed photographs of their nude bodies. Tracking Barrows is NYPD Lieutenant Ben Tolliver, whose relentless pursuit of the psychopath climaxes in a shattering finale.
