John A. Hoda (1954-) has great stories and tells them well.
John is a former Police Officer, Insurance Fraud Investigator and for the last 25 years has run a successful Private Investigations business. Many of his cases made the headlines of the Philadelphia Inquirer and the New Haven Register.
He has written numerous articles for PI Magazine and other publications and has created the DVD: The Ultimate Guide to Taking Statements.
In 2019, he was a debut novelist, panelist, and Shamus Judge for short stories at the Mystery Writers of America conference

John has sat on the boards of both the National Association of Legal Investigators and the CT Assoc. of Licensed Private Investigators.
John is a lifetime athlete, having played club soccer and semi-professional football, running marathons, and bicycling long distances.
His creative activities include writing, producing, and acting in amateur theater.
