An Honest Betrayal

A local drug dealer is shot in the head. The following afternoon there is a hit and run accident. PC Ballard is instructed to give up on the hit case. But on hearing further information, Ballard is convinced he's on to something, and puts his theory to DS Frost and DI Lock.
