With the help of the town's colorful inhabitants and Roland's family, Heather creates a profile of the mayor's life. Eventually unearthing treacherous secrets, secrets that must quickly be turned over to the Feds.

Planes, illicit liaisons, harpy eagles, and men in black occupy aspects of the mystery. And as Heather adds more details, she fears the final picture might reveal a much bigger conspiracy than even the Feds can handle...
