There was a time long ago when spending part of the summer school break at Camp Beaver Brook was a rite of passage for children living in Duke County. That all changed on a horrific night in 1958 when multiple teenage camp counselors were murdered. Camp Beaver Brook closed, and the killer was never found. The folks in Duke County tell tales of a creature called Mossback that still roams the dilapidated ruins of the campground. Many people believe that Mossback was also responsible for the slain teenagers. Whether the stories are true or mere folklore, it's enough to keep young people away.
Until now...
It's the twenty-fifth anniversary of the killings. Seventeen-year-old Brian Lancaster doesn't believe the urban legends regarding Mossback. All he knows is that the girl of his dreams will be attending a party with a select group of teenagers at the ruins of Camp Beaver Brook. Brian must go, and even though he's been saddled with babysitting his younger brother, Barry, there is no way he's going to let anything ruin his chance to officially ask Dana out.
Ole Mossback may have something to say about that.
Genre: Horror
