Cambric Creek is a lovely place to call home.

Everyone knows that. No matter one’s species or upbringing, education or orientation; regardless if one walks on two legs or four — Cambric Creek is a home to all. Accessible and diverse, the sort of picturesque little town where anyone and everyone can find their place.

Everyone except for her.

. . . At least, until now. Ladybug was used to being the odd-witch-out, but now her life has never felt fuller. The silent, empty days that had stretched before her are a thing of the past — in love, no longer alone, her business thriving, happier than she can scarcely believe. She’s taken on the role of teacher, leading a monthly study group of fledgling witches, ensuring her family legacy of witchcraft lives on.

All that’s truly missing is a circle of sisters of her own.

When upheaval arrives on her doorstep, when the peace of her home and the fullness of her world is threatened, Ladybug knows she cannot face it alone. Change does not come easy, but it’s necessary to ensure the survival of the Brackenbridge name and Cambric Creek as they know it.

In an aging Victorian on a tree-lined street in Oldetowne, the Brackenbridge witches have practiced the craft for generations in a circle unbroken — unbroken still, and now the time has come for the circle to expand. As a new coven is born, the most unlikely of their ranks must take her place as a leader.

This cozy monster romance features a neurodivergent witch FMC and a non-human spider-like MMC and takes place within the Cambric Creek Universe. It is best read as part of the series. Litha is the third volume of the Cambric Creek Coven: Wheel of the Year and comes after The Mabon Feast and Hexennacht.

Genre: Paranormal Romance
