With the crash of their financier and boss's mini jet, Kirby Ross, the team follows a distress call to Snake Island off the coast of Brazil. The island is notorious for being extremely dangerous and off-limits to tourists. Cujo and the team sneak by Brazilian authorities to arrive on the island. They find a few survivors of the crash, but Kirby Ross is missing. Highly venomous golden lancehead vipers cover the island.
