I’ve always been an active person and love nothing better than a long hike, especially in the Peak District, as my days of long-distance trail running are behind me. I’ve always had a creative mind, designing board games in my teenage years with an idea of a book that has bubbled away for many years.
I’ve been fascinated with ancient tribes and lost treasures for as long as I can remember, so on one particularly inspiring hike, I watched several rock climbers which crystallised my idea for my first book.
