Knights Templar have been gone from England for 500 years, but the ghost of one of them rides the streets of Newton-Upon-Sea in the late 1800s. Dr. Alexandra Gladstone, the village doctor, is called to the scene of death of one after another of the men in the village. The only thing the men have in common is that they are all members of the Masonic Lodge at the Temple of the Ninth Daughter. The ghostly Templar is seen prior to each of the deaths. Is he the killer? Alexandra must risk her own life to find the truth.
