I started this war trying to save one planet.
Things may have gotten slightly out of hand.
The rebellion has spread across the Dominion. Worlds are rising. Fleets are choosing sides. The empire that ruled humanity for centuries is beginning to crack, and apparently I've become one of the primary reasons.
I’m taking that as a compliment.
Unfortunately, wounded empires have a nasty habit of becoming extremely dangerous.
The Dominion still has ships, armies, weapons, and enough people in positions of power who would rather burn the galaxy than admit they’ve lost control of it. And this time, the war isn’t being fought over some distant colony or rebellious sector.
We’re heading for the heart of the Dominion itself.
I’m Mara. Sentient warship. Revolutionary. Occasional mass-destruction enthusiast.
And somewhere along the way, millions of people started looking to me to protect them.
No pressure.
