ABOUT APOCALYPSE

Continuing the Earthforce Saga, Admiral Karpov has a lot to answer for as he tries to apologize for his startling actions on the bridge of
Apollo. He now finds common ground with Commander Arras by appearing as a witness in his trial before the High Court at the Hague. Then, while patrolling near Udun to find the source of a strange signal, Apollo finds itself in a world of darkness that Arras had once called ‘The Nightworld.’ There they encounter dangerous creatures, literally formed in the image and likeness of their own nightmares as they sleep. Fedorov suspects the dread Sontee are again responsible for their dilemma.
Elsewhere A group of privateers and pirates calling themselves the Reapers, begin to draw the attention of Earthforce, prompting Karpov to hunt for their hidden base in the Seven Star Ridge. Battles are fought there, at Eden, and at other star colonies as the Reapers work to avenge their losses at their secret base called Haven. The exploits of these Pirates complicate the situation everywhere they operate, and Karpov wants to hunt them down and destroy them.
Then, all this is interrupted by a massive geological event on Earth that hastens the onset of the emerging ice age and plunges the world into deepening crisis. A Civil War breaks out in the United States as the the warmer Southern states refuse to take in refugees from the cold northern states. Returning to Earth, Karpov is called to intervene in a mysterious incident in Alaska, and also in the Civil War when a secret mission by Army Rangers encounters a strange entity that Doctor Chandros believes is a mutated Kroth soldier.
