When eccentric millionaire Cornelius Pelham-Crowe invites Parker and Whit to a 1920s murder mystery dinner at secluded Thornwood Manor on Halloween night, Parker expects costumes and a few hours of harmless sleuthing. Then a body turns up in the library.
