The cult leader, self-appointed prophet Doctor Daniel Nelson, has a small army of fanatical followers who will do whatever he asks. Up to and including murder.
And there are other problems.
Casey doesn’t want to be rescued – she has been totally brainwashed and worships the ground that Nelson walks on. Even worse, some disaffected cult members are plotting a violent rebellion that will put Casey and her fellow acolytes in terrible danger.
Virgo teams up with PI Jessica McGann as they race to save Casey before it’s too late. But how can they help a victim who doesn’t want to be rescued? And can they do it before the cult explodes in an orgy of violence and destruction?
