Tessa Silver

Tessa Silver is a writer of magical cozy mysteries that take place in the mystical small town of Quillhaven (northernmost Maine). Her life as a writer began at age twelve when her English teacher assigned the class to write a short story and she turned in a thirty-six page novel about a magical cat colony. 

She lives, creates, and walks by the ocean in southern Maine with her generous husband and hefty gray cat, Louis, who may or may not have magical abilities.
