Too Close For Comfort

Sarah left her hometown as the belle of the ball. She married rich and lived the high life in L.A. She had it all!! Until her husband dumped her. And thanks to a pre-nup left her pretty much penniless. Now she's returned home feeling humiliated and depressed. She is determined to stay with her parents "just until she gets on her feet!"

She's delighted to discover her parents are away for the summer on a traveling jaunt and she'll have the place to herself. Or so she thinks. The first night she crawls into bed only to be awoken by a total stranger climbing in her bed. Terrified she leaps out of bed, races for the shotgun her father keeps and shoots the stranger in the butt!

The stranger turns out to be the landscaper her parents hired to get their grounds in shape. Sarah first fears she'll go to prison for shooting an innocent man but he gets her off the hook. But now that he's incapacitated, he informs Sarah she'll have to do the gardening work under his expert supervision. Sarah has never so much as lifted a shovel!

But gardening isn't so bad and neither is the gardener! A summer fling" Because of course she's out of here and back to a city to "start her life" as soon as the summer's over...
