The PRC is taken by surprise by the Americans' new fifth and sixth-generation fighters. The PLAAF is losing so many planes and pilots that it has to lease Russian aircraft and pilots. The President and VP remain in the Cheyenne Mountain shelter, and Congress remains in Site R. (Raven Rock). None have any idea how to stem the deaths happening after they were placed in the shelter to protect their lives. The new strain of the yearly flu is sweeping around the world. Like most viruses, when they enter a host, they begin to mutate. This strain was developed to use the antibodies left in the host from COVID vaccinations. This strain is very strong and was designed to ignore typical COVID cures. Each time someone is infected, the virus quickly mutates, so it, like all beings, wants to live, to grow. The speed of this strain mutation takes the world's medical researchers by surprise. America manages to move its Second and Fifth strike groups, bringing their weapons and planes against the PRC. While the bombing is happening, Special Forces silently enter the country and are aided by the planes dropping Napalm. The PRC can't send people to fight the firestorms before they manage to grow; they're even able to jump across freeways. Thousands of homes, shops, and factories are burnt to their foundations. Both sides use drones, either to collect real-time locations of their enemy or to attack them. The PRC's dream of replacing America as the world's superpower in military hardware and technology is only a few steps away, but can the PRC take the final couple of steps
