Taking a short break from her secret service work, she heads to sunny Monte Carlo for a well deserved holiday. An incident at the casino brings her into the orbit of Laurence Knyvette, a well-known British playwright. Knyvette is holding a party at his luxury villa up on the mountainside and he invites Hilary along. All is not well in the household, however, and things are about to get a whole lot worse.
