Miami Beach Blackmail

Austin Drake has settled into his new private investigation business with his partner Maria Castellanos. He’s ready to take on more cheating husbands and skip-trace cases—nothing as dramatic as the last few high-profile ones they’ve worked. But when a distraught father finds his daughter hanging from an apparent suicide, he begs the team to help him find the man who had been blackmailing her.

They’ve barely begun working the case when another victim dies in a similar fashion, and soon after, a third. The blackmailer has set of the apparent chain of suicides by manipulating innocent photos of girls and posting fake nudes.

When Austin and Maria seek out the man behind the blackmail, they find far more than they bargained for. The deaths weren’t suicides at all, and a serial killer is loose in Miami Beach, one intent on punishing the girls for their sins. One Austin must stop before more innocent victims die, even if it means seeking help from those on the other side of the law.
