Jessica Weir has always loved to read and enjoyed the escape into another world that it gave her. She grew up in Lancashire but moved to London when She married. She now lives there with her husband, daughter, and rescue dog, Digger. Bet you can't guess what he likes to do in the garden :)
She loved the stories of Dickens as a child and turned to historical romance as She grew older. The Victoria era pulled her in with the hardships and strong people fighting for so much that we take for granted.She finds that their lives mirror ours in so many ways. They laugh, they cry, they love just as we do.
Her books follow her own roots, some are set in London, others in Lancashire, all follow a human story of triumph over adversity.
