The Lovers

Sequel to THE HAMMER AND THE SWORD. Richard, King of England, fifteen years of age, was to marry Anne, Princess of Bohemia. She came to wed a stranger with joy in her heart - she had seen his portrait and had fallen in love. The royal uncles, John of Gaunt, Edmund of Langley and Thomas of Woodstock, watched with growing unease as the wedding day approached.
