Can love drive back planetary death and change the course of evolution on earth?

In a time when whales have established communication with humanity and nuclear war threatens, Mada de la Fuente meets the orca Arjuna in a dream that is more than a dream. Arjuna tells her that she must learn to gryre and unlock the possibilities of evolution bound within the human genome. The awakening of what she calls her
beautiful purpose will impel her to discover who she really is and the deeper nature of life.

Her quest takes her from the beaches of Xanayan around the world to the wild waters of Teahupoo and Peahi and through a succession of identities: the Ugly Duckling; the Dolphin; the Mother; the Lover; and more. She survives giant waves and rapacious men and battle monsters of human destruction in trying to understand the orcas and what they want of people. At last, she must dive down deep in the most dangerous place of all: the human heart. Will she succeed in finally grasping the greatest and truest identity of all? Or is she and everyone on earth bound for doom?
