Food truck entrepreneur and blooming amateur sleuth, Billie Halifax, is excited that Sea Glass Island is hosting the annual late fall bridal convention. She has big plans to proudly display her new bakery truck at the event, hoping to gain gaggles of new customers. Her excitement wanes, however, when she discovers a woman’s body on the beach.
Sensing something suspicious, Billie dives into investigating and comes to the quick conclusion that not everyone on the island is there for a good reason. Strangers present themselves in the most frightening of ways and soon, serving up delicious treats to customers is the least of her worries.
