Food truck entrepreneur and amateur sleuth, Billie Halifax, is excited to host a local craft show at the fairgrounds and is certain that everyone in attendance will love her donut truck.
Her enthusiasm dims a bit, however, when a strange man who has been loitering at the fairgrounds gets a bit too close for comfort.
Creeped out, Billie reports the incident to the police, who don’t seem to take her very seriously. True to form, since she can’t get help from the police, she decides to take matters into her own hands.
