From bestselling author Saxon Andrew comes the fourth book in the Forbidden Wilds series. The war with the aggressive civilization in the Large Magellanic Cloud has been over for four years and the Milky Way has been at peace. However, there is great concern at the highest levels of the Union that there may be aggressive civilizations in the closest large galaxy to the Milky Way, the Andromeda Galaxy. The fear of another powerful civilization attacking the Union must be investigated.

Alex and Jingle Berringer have retired from the military but they are called upon by the Prime Minister to undertake a secret mission out to Andromeda to determine if there are any dangers to the Union lurking there. The mission seems simple enough; go in, look around, and come back. However, what they find in Andromeda is mind boggling; the entire galaxy is preparing for war against an enemy older than humanity that eradicated all intelligent life in the Milky Way hundreds of thousands of years in the past. To make matters worse, that enemy is returning to the Milky Way after it finishes with Andromeda.

The Union must decide what to do about the threat; should they just stay hidden and wait for the war in Andromeda to end or cross the line and take immediate action. Either way, there will be no going back; this ancient enemy has never been defeated.

Excerpt from Crossing the Line:

Will had a death grip on the Terminator's steering controls and struggled to stay behind the forty Stingers leading him into the defense formations around the Transport. They veered left and right and he struggled to stay behind them. He almost lost them, but they suddenly veered back in front of the Terminator and he looked at Jamie, "I'M LAUNCHING THE MISSILES!" Jamie shouted.
Will jerked his eyes for an instant to the rearview monitor and saw thousands of burning and destroyed Attacker warships. He veered back behind the Stingers and saw the Stingers were blasting a path through the warships ahead of them. The stinger's blasters were as powerful as a new Super Terminator's and they swept the beams across the front of the Terminator as millions of ships tried to cut them off from the gigantic transport. Will lost track of everything but staying behind the Stingers. He knew that the runs through the debris field helped prepare them for this run, but those derelicts weren't moving toward them at high-speed firing missiles and blasters. He felt the Terminator shake numerous times as the force field deflected enemy warships away.

For those that loved the Golden Age of Science Fiction, this will take you back to that time with heroes larger than life and a fight to the death between good and evil. Throw Jingle Berringer into the mix and things get wild really fast.
