Courtney isn’t sure if Casey has been calling her; she doesn’t think it is, considering that Casey had nothing against her. However, she doesn’t understand why he would be kidnapping these girls and killing some of them. He has no reason to continue with the “family tradition.” When she talks more with Ginny, she finds out that the person who keeps taking the girls must take a break every now and again; he can’t get mad often or clutches his chest in pain. He appears completely unwell. Automatically Katherine tells Courtney that the person who has been taking the girls has a health issue. And since the heart where Ginny describes he grabs himself, there must be something the matter with his heart.
Courtney gets a phone call, and the only thing she hears is the cackling of someone on the other end of the line. The voice is telling her that she’s looking in the wrong area, to look in the cemetery.
