After 15 years of working everything "computer" (sometimes even inside them), and helping people with their tech problems. Working through starting a family & missing too much time with her beautiful babies, because she wanted to be perfect in every area of her life, Kat Bammer stopped & reassessed. (midlife crisis - anyone?)A lifelong reader, contemporary romance had always given her the trusted escape when mayhem at home, or stress at work, threatened to do her in.
Her first book idea came in the form of a nightmare and propelled her into the adventure of being an author with a pounding heart & a mind full of dreams & ideas.
Her debut novel Love You Still launched on leap day of 2020 and marked the beginning of a wonderful and exciting new journey.
Since then, she's busy giving the protective heroes in her head the love stories they deserve (even if they don't think love is something they might want or need). But trust the strong women they fall in love with to convince them otherwise.
Small-town settings, thrilling moments, overcoming hardship and chosen family are some of the common themes in her stories.
