Jack Orchard is on the brink of success . . . until the chain letter arrives. Like most people, Jack throws it away. But when his video-rental shop burns down, Jack retrieves the letter and sends copies to 13 people from the phone book. Still Jack's luck grows worse. Some of the people must have broken the chain--perhaps things will improve if he kills them.
