Empress of Light

Two stars, inhabited by the same race, draw together then apart in their orbits. Their inhabitants fight bitterly when the gap permits travel between Shanji and Tengri-Nayon. But this time invaders meet an overwhelming force from the mind of the young Kati on Shanji--who becomes empress, making her responsible for the well-being of her former enemies.
