Finding out you're in the wrong time? Scary. Discovering that you've broken some cosmic law and a gang of time police are after you? Even worse. Learning that these time police are bent on sending you back to your original time, which also happens to be certain death? 17 year old Julia is not having a good year.

After showing up on her foster mom's doorstep with no memory, Julia's last year has been nothing but confusion. Well, she does remember one thing--falling through the night with a mysterious boy who screams her name. Her only other clue to her past is her inability to use things like smartphones and computers. That hasn't exactly made her fit in at school, so she's shocked when Frank, the hottest guy ever, invites her to the dance. The problem? It turns out Frank's Timeless, an immortal member of the time police, and he's just dropped a bomb: to protect the flow of time, Julia has to go back to her real past...to die.

But Julia doesn't care about the flow of the universe. She just wants to learn who she is and where she's from so she can avoid her fate. But fate won't be so easy on her. The boy from her falling memory is next to show up at school, and when that happens, Julia must get close to him, and her past, to stay alive.
