Abigail Kelly

Abigail Kelly is an author-illustrator of alternate histories, love stories, and women with drive. Her work is heavily influenced by both her modest family roots and her passion for history.

 After nearly a decade as a bookseller at independent bookshops, she still loves putting books in eager hands. Her favorite authors are Shirley Jackson, Yangsze Choo, Ursula K. Le Guin, Kresley Cole, Nalini Singh, and just about anyone who writes about the weird and wonderful.

 She lives in San Francisco with her dog, Babs, who remains stubbornly illiterate.
