James Leonard has practised as an architect for most of his life and put pen to paper twelve years ago, fulfilling a childhood ambition.
His first novel, Silent Screams, was released on Amazon (2019) and is available in Irish libraries nationwide.
His second novel, Black Web, was also released on Amazon (July 2022) and is available in Irish libraries countrywide.
He had spent his childhood surrounded by the natural beauty Cape Town offers: rugged mountains and an ocean stretching beyond the horizon.
Having completed his military service, he obtained his degree in architecture at the University of Cape Town. In 1997 he emigrated to Ireland. In 2021 he finally settled in the French Alps with his wife and three minor children, pursuing his career as an author, architect, and artist.
