Oh My Stars

Violet mathers is growing up in the Great Depression, which could just as well define her state of mind. Abandoned by her family and friends, the lonely girl finds solace in the arts. She takes a job with the town's feminist and enters the happiest phase of her life, until a terrible accident causes her to retreat back into her lonely shell. She runs away and after a horrible bus accident, she meets two musicians that take her on a quest to make a new kind of music to gether. Violet Mather's story is one of love and hope, bigotry and betrayal, loss and discovery. She emerges as a heroin you'll laugh with, cry with, and, most important, cheer for all the way.
