Elsa Portman lives with her family in Florida, where it’s usually too hot to do anything other than stay inside and read or write. Born in Iceland, the land of fire and ice and way too many tall descendants of Vikings, Elsa loves the idea of strong lead characters who fight (sometimes in more ways than one) for who they are or who they want to be (or be with).
