The Flying Cutterbucks (2020)
Kathleen M Rodgers
"If waiting is a kind of strength in this novel, action is another, and this book is a call to action for our current time: action through empathy, advocacy, and even simple presence. I loved spending time with the Cutterbuck women, who have the kind of strength, compassion, and humor...a joy to read."

The Confusion of Languages (2017)
Siobhan Fallon
"Once I started reading this novel, I did not want to put it down. The Confusion of Languages is both a page-turning mystery and a riveting character study in the vein of Henry James or Patricia Highsmith. Tense, intriguing, smart, witty, set in an exotic locale, and full of barbed insights into the nature of friendship and marriage, Siobhan Fallon's newest novel is as entertaining as it is insightful. Book clubs will find endless fodder for debate and speculation. The moment I finished, I wanted to run to my friends and talk about this book all night."

The River of Kings (2017)

"If your curiosity is piqued by an exciting river adventure with rich character study and language that fairly leaps off the page, look no further you've found your book."
