Katy Watson recommends

The Killer Question (2025)
Janice Hallett
"Twisty, tricksy and truly captivating. With its trademark Hallett characters and communities - quirky but somehow completely recognisable - and plot twists that just keep coming, The Killer Question kept me turning the pages all night long. I couldn't put it down."

Can You Solve the Murder? (2025)
(Can You Solve the Murder?, book 1)
Antony Johnston
"Can You Solve The Murder? is cunning, clever and so, so compelling! I had the best time trying to beat the book and solve the murder. Filled with clues, codes and more than a few red herrings, it's the perfect read for any armchair detective."

One Bad Apple (2024)
Jo Jakeman
"A superb mystery with perfectly drawn characters, plenty of twists and turns, and a suffocating school experience that ultimately, even inevitably leads to murder."
