The American Defense Force pulled off a heist enabling them to take possession of the first batch of the new vaccine. However, there were setbacks along the way, one being the vaccines are hijacked by a force from St. Louis.
The Russian army ius as desperate for the vaccines as the Defense Force. They launch an attack against the people of St. Louis to recapture the vials. In the meantime, a second batch of vaccines are transported across the country to Denver where the enemy army as established a base.
Money, Weatherman, and the rest of the Unit are caught between protecting the citizens of St. Louis and preventing the shipment of vaccines from reaching the enemy. With time running out, they must choose between saving American lives or keeping the vaccine from the enemy thus ending the war. Either way, their choice appears hopeless.
