Jack Abrahams

Jack Abrahams is a legal investigator and professional writer. From a young age, Abrahams was captivated by the evocative storytelling of his grandmother, who first sparked in him a love of books. In high school he became enthralled by Joseph Heller’s Catch 22, and the writing of F Scott Fitgerald. 

As a young man it was Jack Kerouac that had him thirsting for more and embarking on his own adventures. In his middle years, Michael Connelly and John Grisham held him rapt and provided a welcome haven from the rigors of working life. 

More recently, it has been Robert Galbraith and Scott Pratt that have pulled him in. No matter the genre, no matter the book, Abrahams loves a story with pace, mystery and a twist that no one sees coming. The sort of book that scarcely leaves you time to catch your breath between pages.

 When he’s not got a book in his hand, there’s a pretty good chance he’s got a fishing rod in it, or perhaps a nice glass of red.
