Louis and Marcel are sent to a small town on the gulf to defend an innocent fisherman accused of murdering his crewmate. What they find is a throwback to the bad-old-days when a parish sheriff was judge, jury, and executioner along with being a corrupt businessman, so getting justice for their client will be a bit more challenging than they bargained for.
