The Murders of Christmas Past

(Novella: 20,000-words): It's Christmas Day. There's been a murder. A flu epidemic means that DC Mata Hari is the only detective at Prestwich Police Station in Manchester left standing. Snow is falling as if it's a second Ice Age, and the only person in the station who's available to help her is PCSO Wong Wang, but it's only his third day on the job. Undeterred, she's determined to solve her first murder.
