John Foxx

John Foxx, born Dennis Leigh on September 26, 1948, is a pioneering British musician, composer, and visual artist. Best known as the original lead singer of the influential synth-pop band Ultravox, Foxx left the group in 1979 to embark on a successful solo career. His innovative use of synthesizers and electronic textures in albums like Metamatic cemented his status as a key figure in electronic music. Beyond music, Foxx is also a celebrated graphic designer and photographer, often blending his visual and auditory talents in multimedia projects.
