Moyra Tarling was born in Scotland and emigrated to Canada. Her first novel, A Bid For Happiness, was published in 1984. Tarling's third novel, A Tender Trail was a Golden Medallion finalist in 1988. In additional to novel-length fiction, she has sold work to magazine publishers such as Woman's Weekly. Tarling also served as president for Kiss Of Death, the Mystery/Suspense chapter of the Romance Writers of America.
