Starting from Scratch (2010)
Susan Gilbert-Collins
"Warm, witty, and redemptive."
The Opposite of Everyone (2016)
Joshilyn Jackson
"Part twisting suspense, part unflinching exploration of the world of abandoned and exploited girls...This is one of those books that keeps you up late reading, and distracts you from your day, as you yearn to get back to its pages. I can’t recommend it highly enough."
The Hidden Light of Northern Fires (2017)
Daren Wang
"This excellent and timely novel asks of its characters the same galvanizing question we find ourselves facing today: Which side are you on?"
Millicent Glenn's Last Wish (2020)
Tori Whitaker
"Tori Whitaker’s moving novel…offers a clear-eyed look at how ‘the good old days’ were not always so good, particularly when it came to women’s reproductive health and autonomy. This well-researched and timely novel made me thankful for past generations of women, who, like the titular character, fought hard for the rights I hold so dear today. An impressive debut."
