Growing up amidst his family's addictive struggles, Jeff was shaped by a confusing mix of love and turmoil. This personal history fueled his academic journey, driving him to answer a critical question: How can families become part of the solution?

Jeff found that in addiction recovery, real-world experience often clashed with the prevailing "one-size-fits-all" recovery models. He recognized that rigid suggestions, often presented as long-term solutions, failed to address the complexity of family dynamics.

As a Family Recovery Coach (LPC), Jeff now advocates for expanding our perspective to see how the past influences the present. His approach helps families interrupt predictable, destructive patterns of addiction and strengthens relationships. He believes families are uniquely positioned to recognize the problem early and make proactive choices to shield their loved ones from addiction's grip.
