Detective Aunty (2025)
(Kausar Khan Investigates, book 1)
Uzma Jalaluddin
"Detective Aunty is a charmer from beginning to end. Uzma Jalaluddin gives a generous nod to the golden age of mysteries with an observant widow, Kausar Khan, standing in for Miss Marple, and an east Toronto shopping mall destined for redevelopment in place of an English village. Kausar's polite but relentless quest for justice - and her daughter's freedom - is note-perfect. Sure to delight any fan of Nita Prose or Alexander McCall Smith."

Reasonable Adults (2022)
Robin Lefler
"A sparkling debut novel about reinvention, self-discovery, and second chances. With a memorable setting at a troubled artists' colony, a quirky cast of characters, and a double serving of romance and redemption, Reasonable Adults is sure to satisfy."

New Girl in Little Cove (2021)
Damhnait Monaghan
"New Girl in Little Cove is a fish-out-of-water romantic comedy set against the backdrop of one of Canada's most distinctive landscapes and cultures. Anyone who loves Newfoundland will appreciate the attention to detail in these pages: the fiddle music and fish cakes; the scarcity of fresh groceries and opportunities for young people; the painful legacy of men lost at sea; and the incomparable Holy Dusters, who keep the local church tidy and the community together. If you loved Come From Away, don't miss this charming debut novel."
